A note from Jeremy…
If God is for us, who can be against us? It’s a question worth repeating - especially when life feels like it’s against us. Paul builds up to a bold crescendo: not trouble, not failure, not death, not even your own doubts can separate you from God’s love. Why? Because His love doesn’t depend on your strength - it rests on His.
God’s love is not a thin thread that might snap. It’s a lifeline tied around you by Jesus Himself.
So here's a practical thought... Whenever you feel overwhelmed this week, say aloud: “I am loved. Nothing can separate me from God’s love.” You could even make it your phone wallpaper. Let this truth ground you when the world tries to shake you.

Men’s Breakfast
Our next Men’s Breakfast is on Saturday 2nd August at 7.45am in the Selby Taylor Hall. The speaker is Reverend Allan Smith, and the cost is R100. Please RSVP to the Church Office on 0816977372, Royston 0828919561 or Arthur 0823369797. There is also a Whatsapp poll that you could reply on.
Women’s Weekend Away
The Women’s Weekend Away is happening from the 26th to the 28th of September at the Noordhoek Outdoor Centre. The cost is R1000 including accommodation and a R200 deposit secures your booking. Prayer Retreat
The Prayer Retreat takes place on Saturday 2nd August from 9am till 12.30pm in the church and gardens. It will be led by Lynn Pedersen. A R50 donation is welcome, but not necessary. Please bring a plate of snacks to share at teatime.
